Gloucester University

We met with Gloucester University staff last Friday to discuss a bursary for a PGCE student. What a lovely group of people! It was a very positive meeting and we hope to be able to support a student this year, even though term has already started. This is the course that Rhiannon was studying this year and was very dear to her heart. She was absolutely loving the course and looking forward to a career in primary school teaching. The university will also be presenting an annual prize and piece of glassware as a memorial to Rhiannon. This will go on in perpetuity. What a very lovely thing to do - we are so honoured that the university are doing this and hope to attend the graduation ceremony in November where the prize will be presented.
